I was looking to replace my old watch (a Timex Indiglo that I bought at a truck stop, that had finally given up the ghost after about 9 years), and liked the look of this watch, and since I am a bit of a nerd, I also liked the fact that it had the chronograph, and the timer, etc. What I wasn't so fond of however, is the PINK band, but I figured since it was a really good price, I would buy it anyway and just replace the band.
Once I got it, I took off the band to replace it, and discovered it doesn't have a standard watch band fitting at all. I am a crafty type person, and was able to make myself a watch band that works, but just wanted to warn others that if you are going to want to replace this band, you are going to have to try and find what looks to be a proprietary design by Nautica.
